What is Critical Chain Project Management?

Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) is a project management approach developed in the late 90s that enables organisations to:
- Finish projects on time,
- Finish projects faster,
- Do more projects every year.

CCPM is the project management component of the Theory Of Constraints developed by Eliyahu Goldratt, the author of the bestseller "The Goal".
