What illness do I have?

My Undiagnosed Illness
The history of my symptoms dates back to the fall of 2023, or even earlier. Initially, I had a tingling sensation in the balls of my feet, sometimes accompanied by numbness. I didn't think anything of it. These sensations disappeared when I rested. Since the beginning of 2025, everything has worsened. The tingling continued at night, robbing me of sleep. With every strenuous movement, the symptoms became more severe. Now I can no longer go to the mountains, do any sports, and have to spend the entire day lying down. Even everyday tasks are a huge challenge for me because of this condition. The longer I stand on my feet or sit for a longer period, the worse the symptoms (tingling paraesthesia) become. I have already seen several neurologists. My family doctor is at a loss. Therefore, taking photographs in nature is impossible.
