Law 1: Inertia & Comfort Zone

An object at rest will remain at rest, and an object in motion will remain in motion, unless an external force is applied to them. That's the Law of Inertia.

When we get too comfortable living in our comfort zones, we need an external force to get out of the zone.

Without that kick or push from within, it is challenging to get out of the stagnant zone.


Law 2: Momentum and Comfort Zone

Momentum = Mass X Velocity

The longer you stay in your comfort zone, the stronger the force (momentum) you would have to apply to get out.


Law 3: Equal And Opposite Reaction

Newton’s third law states that every action has an equal and opposite reaction.

When you start something new, people will mock at you, and criticize you.

With persistence and perseverance, you can handle the pressure.
