VTR: Hello, I am Handan. What do you think about reincarnation?

ADNAN OKTAR: If God had willed it, it would have existed. It is not impossible. But there are no statements in the Qur'an, the Torah or the Bible indicating its existence. Physical evidence does not attest to such a thing. Some say, "In my former life, I lived as a shepherd on these mountains." They evoke hazy memories. But what they remember are visions conjured up in their memories by the jinni. Therefore, one's recount of his former life through superficial information and vague memory cannot be considered viable. Even if it were, it would not make any contribution to the personal development of that individual. He should have an entire recollection of his past so that his past experiences conduce towards his self-discipline and guide him to the right path. Since he has no recollection of his past, and he is shown mere fractions of some vague memories here and there, that is, since he does not possess any knowledge of his past experiences that would contribute to developing a strong personality, then it is impossible both scientifically and religiously to argue the existence of reincarnation.
