Description
Heuristics are mental shortcuts or “rules of thumb” our brains use to make quick decisions without analyzing every detail. While they help save time in daily life, in investing they can lead to biased choices—like following the crowd or sticking to familiar stocks—instead of making rational, well-researched decisions.
