Whaley Bridge should be 'able to cope' with potential storms

As the repair work to the Whaley Bridge dam continues, The Canal and River Trust says the reservoir water levels are down to -3.3m at a rate of 100mm per hour, adding it was feeling "a lot more confident" about the situation "than 24 hours ago".
