Wes Thompson - Trinket Heart
1 Views • Jun 14, 2014
Description
has a gaurdian
angel
and I think that I may
have caught a glimpse
of mine today
as the sun was drying
flowers from the down pour
a purple butterfly
helped kiss away the rain drops
and the light
twinkling
on it's flapping wings
resembled a distant star
beautiful and impractical
unattainable in the morning sky
and this to me
was all
that I could hope to
ever understand
for what is dew
without rose petals to lay upon?
