Welsh gov promises to ‘listen’ over 20mph changes
Description
Nothing has been more controversial politically in Wales in recent memory than the 20 miles per hour speed limit change. It sparked outrage, with the biggest petition in Welsh history, and has been spoken about and argued about at length since. The Welsh government have now said they’re ready to listen, and we could see changes soon.
