Founded in 1984 by Giacomo Maiolini, Time Records (Time S.p.A.) is since a long time the most important independent record company in Italy. At first the company was focused on dance music, but today its productions include also pop rock records that already reached important results. In 2010 three of Time's artists reached Gold record status in Italy (Caro Emerald, Mads Langer and Temper Trap). In 2011 'Danza Kuduro' by Don Omar Feat. Lucenzo reached Double Platinum status while Brooke Fraser - 'Something In The Water', Catalin Josan 'Don't Wanna Miss You' and Caro Emerald - "Back It Up" went Gold. Between the dozens of world hits produced by Time, can be mentioned the ones by Jinny ('Keep Warm'), Usura ('Open Your Mind'), The Outhere Brothers ('Don't Stop', ' Boom Boom Boom'), The Tamperer Feat. Maya ('Feel It)', Black Legend ('You See The Trouble With Me'), Paul Johnson ('Get Get Down'), Deepswing ('In The Music'), O-zone ('Dragostea Din Tei'), Alex Gaudino feat. Crystal Water ('Destination Calabria') and Ricky L. Feat. M:ck '(Born Again'). Between the successful compilations there's the Deejay Parade series and many other cd's produced with italian national broadcasting radio stations (m2o, Radio 105, Rds, Radio Montecarlo, etc).
