Weird. nasce a Roma nella seconda metà del 2011 da un'idea di Marco Barzetti (chitarra e voce), cui più tardi si sono uniti Massimiliano Pecci (batteria) e Giovanni Romano (basso).
Nel 2013 vede la luce "Desert Love for Lonely Graves", il loro debutto: sette tracce che scorrono lentamente tra chitarre e voci riverberate, basso autunnale e batteria sepolcrale. Un misto di generi musicali disparati, tra cui shoegaze e psichedelia, che convergono perfettamente.
Dopo un tour per tutta l'Italia la band comincia le registrazioni del secondo disco, "A Long Period of Blindness", uscito il 2 Marzo 2015 per Lady Sometimes Records, a cui è seguito un tour che ha portato la band a suonare in svariati locali in giro per l'Italia.


Born in Rome in the second half of 2011, Weird. is the brainchild of Marco Barzetti (guitar and vocals), later joined by Massimiliano Pecci (drums) and Giovanni Romano (bass guitar).
In 2013 they release "Desert Love For Lonely Graves", their debut album: seven tracks that slowly flow between reverberate guitars and vocals, autumnal bass and sepulchral drums. A mix of different musical genres, such as shoegaze and psychedelia, that converge beautifully.
After a tour throughout Italy, the band starts the recording of their forthcoming sophomore LP, "A long period of blindness", out on 2nd March 2015 on Lady Sometimes Records. Ather the release the band went on tour throughout Italy.
