While working out, the heavy-weight barbell fell on this woman's head. As she lifted the barbell on her shoulders and started doing lunges, she leaned forward, causing the weights to fall on her head. Due to the weights, she head-butted the floor but fortunately wasn't hurt. She immediately sat back up and started laughing, confirming that she was okay.
