The unintentionally comedic clip kicks off with Krissana trying to lift a 50 KG barbell from the ground to overhead in one go!

Upon getting the heavy bar over his head, the subject realizes the mistake he made, and drops it before he could get hurt... a smart thing to do!

"Went for a 50 KG snatch and ended up failing," Krissana shared.
