Weeknight Beef Stir-Fry Recipe

This Beef stir fry recipe will help you get dinner on the table fast, and put a smile in your tummy!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb thin sliced Top Sirloin Grilling Steak
1/2 cup beef or chicken broth
2 tbsp EACH lemon juice, hoisin sauce, brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 EACH red & green peppers, thinly sliced
2 cup broccoli florets
Handfull snow peas
1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
1/4 cup cashews
2-3 green onions sliced
