After opening MCA Youth wing's 53rd annual general meeting on Saturday, party deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong told reporters that Youth chief Datuk Chong Sin Woon is ready to contest in the upcoming general election after seeing the changes the latter has made as the Deputy Education Minister.
