Info from Licensor: "Blaine Moore is an 11-year old 5th grader. We were at his step-sisters wedding in and I spotted Blaine on the dance floor tapping his foot and wanting to dance. I went up to him and said 'go dance'. He said no, I don't like this song. I said, go tell the DJ to play something. He was reluctant so I told him I would give him $10 to go dance. He thought about it for a minute and said 'I will for $20'. So he and the groomsmen, Nick, went and picked out a song and the rest is history."
