[Weather] Spring cold snap stays in place
35 Views • Apr 21, 2020
Description
Good afternoon. Chilly conditions are forecast to hang around. The daily highs will stay nearly 10 degrees below average so dress warmly. And it's shaping up to be even chillier tomorrow.
It could feel a lot colder than what the thermometer shows because of strong gusts of wind. Parts of Gangwon-do Province are under a strong wind advisory while a preliminary strong wind advisory is in place for many other regions including Seoul.
Highs in Seoul will only reach 10 degrees Celsius, southern parts of the country will also see readings going 2 to 5 degrees lower than the seasonal norms. We'll see more sunshine than clouds today but fine dust will be bad in most regions so be mindful of that.
Expect a spring cold snap to stay in place for the remainder of the week before temperatures start rising again this weekend.
That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.
