Weather affecting training for Olympic athletes

Athletes training for the Winter Games go to great lengths to ensure they're in top shape, from dietary nutrition to intensive exercises. For those training in outdoor competition, they suffer a dilemma. They're training needs snow and recently several training locations haven't been getting it.
