We tried 4 different methods for creating perfect winged liner

We tried to find the best way to apply winged eyeliner. We put a felt tip liner, a liquid liner with tape, QuikKat eyeliner strips, and the Quick Flick to the test. Two of the methods are older and two are newer ways of creating winged liner that claim to make it easier to do.
