Authorities released water from Bustos Dam in Barangay Tibagan in Bustos, Bulacan on Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2022. Water levels in some dams in Luzon rose due to the strong rains over the past weeks due to the southwest monsoon or 'Habagat' and Severe Tropical Storm 'Florita'.
