Four cyclists given fixed penalties after being caught 'jumping red light' in Surrey

Surrey Police's Vanguard Road Safety Team posted a short clip on X (formerly Twitter) showing four cyclist turning right at a junction in Esher, adding that the group all received FPNs (fixed penalty notices) for 'contravening a red traffic light' - but social media users appeared split on the incident.
