Number of vehicles crossing borders up to 824
Description
Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob on Wednesday said the number of vehicles attempting to cross state borders for Hari Raya has increased from 738 vehicles to 824, in the last 24-hours.
He said Selangor recorded the highest attempt with 284, followed by Kedah (122) and Melaka (113).
Ismail Sabri also said a total of 136 individuals were arrested for violating the standard operating procedure of the conditional movement control order.
