Former company director claims trial to submitting over RM1.2 million in false claims
Description
Gulam Rusol Md Ismail, 57, a former president and director of Natureceuticals Sdn Bhd, pleaded not guilty in the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court on Friday (July 17) to a charge of submitting false claims amounting to RM1,225,000 to the Agriculture and Food Industries Ministry in 2014.
Former company director, Kamaruzzaman Kamaludeen, 47, claimed trial to a charge of abetting Gulam Rusol in committing the offence.
