3 tbsp oil + 3 tsp oil
1 tbsp butter
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger chilli paste
2 cup chopped fenugreek leaves
1 1/2 cup fresh green peas
Salt to taste
1 tsp cumin seeds
4 cloves
10 peppercorns
1 inch cinnamon
15-20 cashews
8-10 dried red chillies
2 medium sized chopped onions
2 medium sized chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp Punjabi garam masala
3 tbsp fresh cream
