P90X Back and Biceps Workout Results - Day 31

Description
Today was day 31 of P90X and I had the back and biceps DVD for the first time, followed by Ab Ripper X. The back and biceps workout is awesome, it is easily my favorite P90X routine so far.
Ab Ripper X went great today. I was able to do all 25 reps of wide leg sit ups for the first time without a break, and I finished the entire workout in record time.
The Beachbody supplements that I ordered arrived today. I'll be adding reviews of them to the blog tomorrow...
