Fans of the ‘Munnabhai’ series, who are eagerly waiting for updates on the new film in the series, are sure to whoop in joy at reading this piece of news.

Actor Arshad Warsi, who plays the lovable sidekick Circuit in the ‘Munnabhai’ films, recently disclosed that ‘Munnabhai 3’ is happening for sure and that the script is ‘almost ready’. Warsi further added that the team is waiting for Sanjay Dutt to come out of jail, after which, the film will go on floors. Recently, it had also been reported that Sanjay Dutt’s prison term is expected to end in December, which means that the third film in the series might go on floors in December 2015.

By the way, it has also been learned that the upcoming film might not revolve around Munna and Circuit’s adventures in the United States, as had been hinted in a video teaser released a few years back.

Sanjay Dutt, or Sanju Baba, as he is fondly known, was sentenced to 42-months in jail by the court, in connection with his involvement in the 1993 Bombay bomb blast case and he is presently serving his term in Pune’s Yerawada Jail.
