About the episode: It is a warm summer day and Fisherman Fred is out on the water to fish. He is far from land when he suddenly happens to run in to something in the water. Fisherman Fred’s propeller breaks and he begins to float around at sea. Luckily Cindy Seaplane gets a view of him as she flies by, and she immediately sends an alarm to the Heroes of the City.
