WATCH: Violators Unmasked

Members of Inter-Agency Council for Traffic (I-ACT) conduct operations in front of Manila City Hall on Taft Avenue, on March 16, 2021, to apprehend public utitlity drivers who allow passengers to board without face masks and face shields. Violators are fined P2,000 on the first offense, P3,000 on the second offense, and P5,000 on the third offense.
