President Rodrigo Duterte, together with Doctor Rabindra Abeyasinghe, World Health Organization Representative, and other Philippine government officials, attend the arrival and turnover of the 487,200 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine developed by the British Swedish drugmaker AstraZeneca at the Villamor Air Base in in Pasay City on the evening of March 4, 2021. The arrival of the vaccines has been delayed due to 'supply' problems, according to the Covax Facility, which is in charge of the distribution to countries that may have difficulty securing the doses.
