CRY FOR JUSTICE

Randy Pineda dela Cruz and Puroy Bermehedo Dela Cruz, two of the nine community organizers who were killed during simultaneous raids by police and military operatives in Calabarzon are buried in Tanay, Rizal on March 17, 2021. The victims from Barangay Sta. Ines were shot dead on March 7 by policemen who were tasked to serve search warrants. The raids, which were condemned by local and international human rights organizations, are under investigation by the government.
