Former Union minister Ratanjit Pratap Narain Singh, who quit the Congress to join the BJP on Tuesday, said that his former party is no longer the unit it used to be. After formally taking the membership of the BJP at the party headquarters in Delhi, RPN Singh said, "For 32 years, I worked diligently with the Congress. It has changed. It is no longer the party it used to be."
