Was Singapore a Concern or Mistake?

The question is why did the Government send her to Singapore. Especially when she was in such a critical stage. questions are being asked as to whether the Government was really concerned about her health . Or was it only worried about the likely fallout in the event of her death in India. Dr. Samiran Nundy of Sir Gangaram Hospital was one of the many doctors who had said that there was no medical need to send the girl there, as the risk of transferring her was high.
