Warren Chan - I Wonder

I wonder about it, I always do,
Was all this but a dream?
I wonder if ‘us’ did ever exist,
Or are things just not as they seem.

I wonder if you see me now,
When I’m standing- just right there;
If you can hear my whispers beside your ear,
My words that say “I care”.

I wonder if it meant anything at all,
Or was I just another piece.
Something to amuse you for a little while,
And then slowly left to decease.

I wonder if you hear me now,
As I pour my heart into words;
I wonder if your really there,
Or am I simply being…absurd?
