Warning to Metro Vapers

Brig. Gen. Debold Sinas, National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) chief , will enforce the arrest order of Lt. Gen. Archie Francisco Gamboa, Philippine National Police (PNP) officer-in-charge, against vapers. President Rodrigo Duterte had banned the use of vape as a substitute for cigarettes because of its reported more hazardous effects on health.
