Description

Warning: That Delivery Text from FedEx Could Be a Scam The notification that your package has been delivered usually brings excitement, but be wary next time you receive a delivery alert. There's currently a FedEx scam going on, and it could put you at risk. Social media users have posted the fake messages online to warn others. Victims typically receive a message claiming their FedEx package has been delivered with a link attached. The message contains a link directed to a fake Amazon page containing a survey. After the survey, a credit card number is requested. If you attempt to claim the offered free prize by paying S & H then your card is charged $98.95 per month. Don't click on the link in the text message, and please report the message quickly to [email protected] if you do receive it.
