WANDisco's fraud troubles explained

Deputy business editor of The Yorkshire Post Greg Wright gives an overview of a troubled time for WANDisco, which asked for its shares to be suspended after uncovering “potential fraudulent irregularities” in its reported sales and revenues.

In late April, an independent investigation undertaken by FRP Advisory on behalf of WANdisco concluded that “the evidence...supports the initial view that the irregularities are as a result of the actions of one senior sales employee only”.
