Wandering Scarlet - GOING DOWN

Down, down, down
There is no end,
It is an elevator that won’t rise,
As it gets hotter,
It eats you inside out
Burning, burning, burning
You feel hollow,
As you get deeper
It gets harder to look up,
Voices call down to you,
But it gets harder to hear,
You start to wonder,
You start to question,
But it’s all too late,
There is nothing left…
