Once at the car park entrance, take the lane to your left marked with a small pine tree. As you walk, the path begins to rise between low hills where you will find yourself in the Barranco de la Coladilla de losCazadores (Ravine of the hunter).Two kilometres into your walk you will come to a fork in the path. The right side leads to the Cortijo de La Civila (La CivilaFarmhouse) through de Cuesta de Romero (Romero Hill) while the left side will take you to the Esparto Fountain. As you continue through the Barranco de la Coladilla valley, you will encounter the beauty of pine trees, box woods and the amazing fragrance of rosemary and juniper bushes.Walk on for two more kilometres after the La Civila fork and you will encounter the recreational area known as the little pine (El Pinarillo). Find the old Fabrica de San Joaquin (San Joaquin Factory) on the N-340 and follow the lane behind the factory.
