WA Premier defends keeping borders closed indefinitely

The Western Australian premier has defended his decision to delay the border reopening over concerns of a devastating omicron outbreak in the state. WA was due to open to the rest of the country on February 5 in just over a fortnight's time. A revised date has not been set with the premier saying it will be considered over the next month.
