Number of volunteers render their service effortlessly by serving water to the guests during the celebration of Thrissur Pooram festival in Kerala.

The famous Thrissur Pooram festival is one of the most colourful and spectacular public festivals of Kerala, which has great public participation.

It is held at the Vadakkunnathan Temple in Thrissur town every year on the 'Pooram' , day of the Malayalam Calendar month of 'Medam'. 'Pooram' day is the day when the moon rises with the Pooram star.
