Vodafone Rejects Call Drop Compensation

Vittorio Colao - Global CEO, Vodafone has dismissed the notion of compensating customers for call drops. He says the idea of compensation isn't prevalent in any other market in the world. He however says that despite the tax issues plaguing the company, Vodafone remains committed to India and that the company has started laying the groundwork for an IPO. Tune in to know more.
