It is being stated that VMCOTT has spent around 80 million dollars from 2017 to 2022.
At this time, the company is unable to give full account for the spend because of where it is in producing its audited financial statements.
However, VMCOTT says, it is owed just over 37 million dollars, and there are problems in recouping the debt from State entities.
