vivian pena - Never Been Loved

I may appear to happy and all good on the outside, but I'm not. I play a role like gangsters on death row, who smile an laugh and reminise on the past. But then reality comes out to play and then they realize they'll be headed to there grave's.
Where I'm from there is no such thing as happiness and the sun
never shines.I'am used to the darkness, so when the sunlight
peep's through the crack's I'm instantly blinded.
I don't know how to react, as a matter of fact I don't know what to do. So I play a role and act a fool. I don't know the true meaning of 'love' but I do know the real meaning of hate because if I didn't then I wouldn't be here today.
I wish someone would take the time to understand who I really am, instead of walking by or just saying hi.I need someone to cover me at night when I'am shivering fom the cold. That is how I used to feel not
to long ago.
But now I'am used to the abandonment that seem's to never leave, it's apart of my personality. It's apart of me.
Now there is no excuse on why I run away from 'love'
How could I 'love' someone if

I've never been 'Loved'.
