Vishal Kumar - Symphony Heard!

I heard something
Trembling voice
Shivering hiccups
Whispering sobs

My eyes shimmered
I tried my best to console
Sometimes asked
Pleaded and begged
But nothing she spoke
And cried and cried

My heart broke
My conscience questioned myself
You can’t do that even?
But I couldn’t

Her tears ruled on her
Her loneliness shrouded her

I asked myself again
Why can’t I shine?
Why can’t I cheer a lonely soul?
Why didn’t she share it all at that time?

And so I got my answer today
Maybe I too felt lonely
I too cried today!
