Viola Grey - Billy....upon your neck.

I can't seem to move my eyes
from that place
upon your neck,
where a blood screaming pulse
sings my name.
I know your lips are moving,
but the deep vibrating words
are falling upon deaf ears,
I simply cannot hear you.
My hungry eyes are devouring
the sweet, salty sensation
of that heartbeat invitation
upon your neck.
