Batangas Gov. Vilma Santos-Recto was all smiles when she responded to questions about the supposed wedding plans of her son Luis Manzano with actress Angel Locsin. "Kapag ako nakasiguro sa kasal na 'yun, ako mismo magbabalita," Santos-Recto said. What is important for now, she said, is that the couple is very happy.
