Police authorities have improved Madadgar-15 help line for the help of citizens in emergency situation.

A ground report from Madadgar-15 Center aired on 24 News, in which correspondent reported that more than 2200 trained personnel work in three shifts to help the citizens..

DIG Security and Emergency Services Division, Mr. Maqsood Ahmed said that citizens may call at 15 in case of any kind of emergency, adding that we have good co-ordination with other departments like fire services and ambulance services.

Mr. Maqsood Ahmed further said that we will attach medical emergency and fire emergency with Madadgar-15 to respond the citizens from nearest point.
