Victory for communities in the Eastern Cape

In the Eastern Cape, the Xolobeni community in Bizana has bagged a major victory. The High Court in Pretoria has ruled that communities have a right to see applications to mine their land. This will level the playing field against corporate bullies, that hide behind the Promotion of Access to Information Act. One of the lawyers in the case, Johan Lorenzen spoke on this.
