There is dust in my heart
There is dust in my soul
I was practiced in the ways of love once
Times have changed
I am a desert
A deserted place of fading hope
It is all gone from my sight
The wait is endless the ruins of my past
They taunt me
I am too weak to care
Save me this once
Though it must be certain I shall stumble again
Teach me
Make me an oasis
The world is a desert,
Make me the hope
Blow away the dust in my being
I shall wait for your loving peace in this hell for a million years.
