They took you away
Told me I couldn't speak
Threw my phone in the trash
I hope it's only for a week
That's more than I can handle
More that I can take
I think it is an awful lot
For such a small mistake
I started to improve
They got mad anyway
They said I couldn't see you
But I had no chance to say
How desperately I need you
How you make it all seem fair
How I love to talk to you
Because of how much you care
You help me through my struggles
My ups and all my downs
You make me laugh instead of cry
And clear up all my frowns
But, see, it's gone away today
I don't know what to do
All I know of life right now
Is how much I miss you.
