'Vernacular schools not the problem'

Batu Gajah MP V. Sivakumar wants the government to look at issues at the top rather than focus on vernacular schools as being the source of race based problems in the country.
He asked why there was a need for race based parties to fight for the rights of a particular race and said that the problem of national integration is affected by this.
